Do's and Don'ts: - DO dilute gel/liquid hand soap with water in a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio before filling the reservoir. Otherwise, it may not foam properly. - DO remove the battery if you won't be using the dispenser for an extended period to avoid moisture and liquid leakage. - DO take out the hand soap and rinse the dispenser for 10-20 seconds to prevent blockage caused by dried-up soap. - DO NOT immerse the dispenser in water or rinse it, as this may cause a short circuit. - DO NOT tilt the tank when installing or replacing the hand soap. - DO NOT use non-foam hand soap, as it won't work. - DO NOT invert the dispenser. - DO NOT block the foam outlet with your hand.

Troubleshooting: 1. No foam, but the smiling indicator is on, and you can hear a sound: Check the soap outlet and pipe for any blockages. Fill the soap reservoir with water and wave your hand to flush the passage. 2. The smiling face turns red, and the dispenser won't foam: Clean the sensor and restart the dispenser. 3. The soap reservoir doesn't snap into the dispenser and comes apart easily: Apply a little pressure to push the reservoir into the dispenser until you hear a click. 4. Lost parts or broken reservoir: Contact the seller. 5. Indicator lights up, and you can hear the dispenser working, but no foam: Use a squeezable bottle or syringe to flush water through the tube until the normal flow is restored.
