Powered by four AAA batteries (not included), Otto measures 3.5 x 4.5 x 10 inches (8.9 x 11.4 x 25.4 cm). If you encounter any issues, such as the blue light coming on and the motor running but the soap not dispensing, try pouring the soap into a separate container, filling the pump with hot water (not boiling), and letting it sit for 5-10 minutes until cool. Then, place your hand in front of the motion sensor and repeat the process until the water starts to flow well. Finally, empty the water and refill the pump with soap. If the soap you're using is too thick, try adding some water to thin it out.
